MY IDEA
My individual negotiated project idea is to create a Petite range for H&M which will also help to enhance and create curves (my USP!).
I love H&M but as I am short I have never been able to enjoy all of H&M's offerings because their dresses, trousers and jeans etc are too long.
In my opinion H&M offer the best quality clothes for the best value, I think they are missing out on a major opportunity by not offering clothes for certain sizes/proportions.
KEYNOTE
I didn't use Keynote for my Brand Report and it showed, so to begin my INP I am using Keynote for the first time to get background research on the fashion retail industry.
It's actually quite easy to use but there's a lot of information, I read the Report for Clothing Retail 2015 and got a lot of background info that I can use for my PEST/SWOT.
