Creating my CUSTOMER PROFILE USING ACORN

The feedback I received for my Brand Report was that I didn't do enough research and that I should use websites such as Keynote and Acorn.

I downloaded the Acorn user guide which categorised the UK population into demographic types. It has information such as the type of houses and areas people live in, the amount of technology they use and where they shop. This helped me  add depth to my customer profile for H&M petite - womenswear.




I also managed to get my mission, vision and values/brand pillars done.
H&M's mission is basically that they offer quality and sustainable fashion at affordable prices for all.
